Formerly a process that took several weeks, involved many disparate contacts, and provided no visibility into overall progress, Avenue simplified things considerably and included intelligent data mapping, automation of repetitive procedures and personalized the experience according to user needs.
RESULTS: Avenue reduced dependence upon a 3rd party organization that charged the company almost $10M per year for international relocations. Avenue has been used to relocate thousands of employees since it was launched in 2019 and it has reduced required correspondence by over 90%.
